I've seen this tactic done a lot in the internet wild: chuds portray a crude caricature of what they hate, get other chuds excited, and none of them know or care that they're raging at a caricature because the hate is the point. :frothingfash:

My CHUD parents will act perfectly (if uncomfortably) civil when in the presence of actual LGBT individuals (who are friends and acquaintances of their children) but have no restraint in making the One Conservative Joke or repeating the usual Fox News talking points whenever they think they're in good company.
