Jessy and James were revolutionary communists and ecological activists. Smeared as terrorist and Pokémon thieves, while they were actually liberators.

Clearly stated goal of stopping the world from polluting nature and destroying and humans destroying the habitats of humans and Pokémon alike.

James alludes to the shared struggles of the working class, that needs to come together in order to overthrow the bourgeoisie capitalist elite

"To denounce the evils of truth and love"

Jessy is pointing out the inherent contradictions of liberal ideology here. Claiming to be for truth, rationality, love and freedom but at the same time grinding it down for marginalized peoples in the Third World with their imperialism.

"To extend our reach to the stars above"

While preserving earth and promoting equality first and foremost, we can come together to ultimately explore the cosmos united under communism.

"Jessy, James. Team Rocket is blasting off at the speed of light"

Note that the red R of team rocket is analogous to the Red hammer and sickle symbol of communism

"Surrender now or prepare to fight"

This displays their revolutionary fighting spirit. They are driven to fight for the cause (communist revolution) for all workers and marginalized peoples of the world and exploited pokemon.

"Meowth"

Meowth is a reference to Chinese revolutionary Mao Zedong, who was notable for his sharp critique of landlords.
