    Downvotes dont even matter.. Sure they push down your comments but if you write good stuff, others will upvote it.

    I checked and yours is random, so it's just the type of post that attract minor amount of downvote. Just ignore it.

      (for the outsiders: the joke is that hexbear has no downvotes (they are disabled (the downvotes)); hexberians can't downvote and downvotes don't affect the total score of a comment from hexbear's view)

      I have definetly pissed people off but everytime i post within 5 minute there is a down vote and some things i post are not even controversial .

        Well I have noticed it with my own and comments from others. Like someone saying something completely friendly/neutral and there is always that 1 downvote. Only 1.

        I don't really mind the downvotes themselves, but if people disagree with something, please say it! This is why we are here. To discuss things (in a friendly manner). I can't learn anything new or think out of the box if people just downvote and leave.
