The year 2145, human civilization almost completely broken down and scientists determined all life will be extinct within the next 10 years. In order to document our disaster and warn other intelligent species, in a last bit of poetic justice NASA convinces the last functioning US government to launch another Golden Record to space aboard the last functioning rocket the Freedom 1 spacecraft.
The spacecraft's computer contains files of a 1h looped voice recording of what seems to be a crowd reacting and screaming uncontrollably ending with a middle age man and woman yelling "IT WAS HER TURN!". The spacecraft also contains the 12h live TV coverage of the 2024 US presidential election night across 3 US major TV networks dubbed in 50 languages.
In a post-apocalyptic world hundreds of years in the future, the few survivors start developing their own culture. There are places of worship in every town.
In these places one - even the young - :liberalism:
It’s to honor their god - Clinton they call it - that is all powerful yet does nothing with said power. This is virtue in their culture.
