Yup, and it's also wrong. The overflow bug which supposedly causes Gandhi to be absurdly aggressive and nuke people just never existed. Gandhi was the least likely to go around nuking people, but it's a dumb lib game made by dumb libs so everyone will go around nuking people given the time. It's just the most surprising / memorable when Gandhi does it.
