I’m about to finish Disco Elysium and I can already feel myself needing something new
Playing wasteland 3 coop and its quite enjoyable if not a tad buggy
I vouch for W3.
Disco Elysium's writing was god damn amazing. You honestly won't find many games that do that aspect as well as it does. (I'm blanking now trying to come up with any comparison at all)
But, W3 story isn't horrible and the game play is fun as fuck.

Knights of the Old Republic 1 & 2 if you are in to Star Wars

Divinity: Original Sin 2 (the first one is fucking good too)
Wasteland 3
For a Diablo vibe: Grim Dawn is better than you'd think it'd be.
Considering it's free, Path of Exile is really really good.
TitanQuest is old school, but really fucking good as well.
For 3D "modern" action RPGs:
Dying Light impressed and gave more than I expected. They still update it with bite-sized DLC as well. The traversal is fun and different. They elevated what could've been a paint-by-numbers zombie snooze fest. And by quite a bit.
Skyrim.
Look, I know you've played it.. but there's these mods that give everybody giant cocks and big asses. And you can travel the land fucking the shit out of everybody. And, after you bust a nut, just do the regular ole' skyrim bullshit. Don't sleep on covering the in the sleepy northern province of Tamriel in cum. (call the damn volcel police. Fuck cops. I'll come on asses all day. Real or virtual. IDGAF)
Dragon's Dogma is good. Kingdom Come Deliverance is REALLY fucking good. You just gotta look past literally every NPC being a god damn cracker.
These are the ones I've had most fun with lately. Money or time well spent buying/pirating these games.
