Here is my daily:
- 1 banana
- 1 handful frozen mixed berries
- 4 or 5 frozen sweet cherries
- 1 medium carrot peeled and cut into big chunks
- 1 medium beet peeled and quartered or half of a big one
- 1/2 an avocado or a handful of frozen avocado
- Oat milk until the texture is right, about a cup or so
- A tablespoon or so of peanut butter on workout days
It’s delicious and reasonably healthy with a fantastic creamy texture from the avocado, and has a lovely deep red color from the beets that’s very appetizing

simple-ass recipe, very boring contains animal products/replace yogurt with your choice of non-dairy yogurt
1 cup of plain greek yogurt from the big tub
1.5 cups of mixed frozen berries
a few tablespoons or squirts of blue agave
few drops of vanilla
glob of peanut butter
I have never tried a yogurt base that sounds really good
