Here is my daily:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful frozen mixed berries
  • 4 or 5 frozen sweet cherries
  • 1 medium carrot peeled and cut into big chunks
  • 1 medium beet peeled and quartered or half of a big one
  • 1/2 an avocado or a handful of frozen avocado
  • Oat milk until the texture is right, about a cup or so
  • A tablespoon or so of peanut butter on workout days

It’s delicious and reasonably healthy with a fantastic creamy texture from the avocado, and has a lovely deep red color from the beets that’s very appetizing

You can make Lassi out of yogurt, water, and mangos but I'm no good at it.

      Lemon juice whaaat

I never thought to try lemon juice in plant milk since it curdles normal milk but I guess it’s different enough, i think it’d be really nice in my recipe as well since it has a good bit of fat

    Banana

    Spinish

    Strawberry

    Milk of the almond

    Protein powder

It's nice for post workout nutrition. Or possibly pre workout, people online keep giving me contradictory info on whether pre workout is good or not.
