Here is my daily:
- 1 banana
- 1 handful frozen mixed berries
- 4 or 5 frozen sweet cherries
- 1 medium carrot peeled and cut into big chunks
- 1 medium beet peeled and quartered or half of a big one
- 1/2 an avocado or a handful of frozen avocado
- Oat milk until the texture is right, about a cup or so
- A tablespoon or so of peanut butter on workout days
It’s delicious and reasonably healthy with a fantastic creamy texture from the avocado, and has a lovely deep red color from the beets that’s very appetizing

You can make Lassi out of yogurt, water, and mangos but I'm no good at it.

I never thought to try lemon juice in plant milk since it curdles normal milk but I guess it’s different enough, i think it’d be really nice in my recipe as well since it has a good bit of fat
simple-ass recipe, very boring contains animal products/replace yogurt with your choice of non-dairy yogurt

It's nice for post workout nutrition. Or possibly pre workout, people online keep giving me contradictory info on whether pre workout is good or not.
