Many of you may know Rebecca Watson as a science educator and someone who dared to be a woman and an atheist simultaneously in the early 00's, leading to the infamous elevatorgate scandal. Anyway, this is what she had to say about the SCOTUS leak.

Yeah, nah, it's long past time we burn shit down. The rate of profits is falling and capitalism is in decay, which predictably means fascism is going to be on the rise (as we see, it already is). The US hegemony is at last dying and this tantrum-throwing empire of privilege and exploitation is going to be flailing about as it fails to save itself from its own inherent contradictions. As this happens, all the horrors of imperialism that we, in the imperial core, have witnessed safely from afar as only things that happen in distant "other" countries will start happening here, with imperialism soon turning inwards to eat itself oroboros-style. This SCOTUS leak is an early indication of all of that happening. What can we in the imperial core do as this happens? ORGANIZE. Meet and connect with people who know what's up. Build solidarity, be it just a group of friends, or a full on organization with a constitution. But please... CONNECT. Connect with worker's unions in your area. Find some people to join you in passing out food to unhoused people in your area. Look up your IWW, DSA, or Food Not Bombs chapters and see if anybody is doing shit. Connect. Network. And I hate to say it, be suspicious of people joining your little org who may be feds. You'd be surprised how small-scale of organizations those fuckers are willing to infiltrate. Most of all, though, love your comrades. Love people, love workers, love yourself. Also search for hexbear. We're out there.
