I know absolutely nothing about harem anime, I did a little bit of research and it seems like a drama anime with different love triangles?
imagine the standard love triangle. you have one character that needs to choose between two others. now add a number between one and ten to the number of characters that the main one needs to choose between. that's a harem anime.
i dont think thats at all obvious from the name so probably would have been worth explaining up front
