And now I have a "friend" telling me that "the russian people have devolved to vermin" on messenger.

The libs have completely lost their minds.

My spouse forced me to quit recently because her lib coworkers kept attacking me and she thought it was putting her job at risk. I was only there because I thought I could radicalize people, but I think you have a better chance of radicalizing the landlords on nextdoor. But honestly life is better without giving your data to Zuck.

I told a guy at a meetup that China an amazing country with lots of potential that is doing everything right and I'm super excited about their future. He was dumbfounded that someone could think this in light of the Uyghur genocide and all, which I, of course, denied.

I haven't found many terminal Ukraine brains yet but I'm prepared to talk about how it's wrong to threaten a sovereign country with a military pact such as NATO that will put forward nuclear weapons on their historical lands. Or that a Jewish president can't possibly be sympathetic to nazis without getting his ass kicked by antifa. Etc

"My Brother in Christ we literally have tens of thousands of migrant children caged up on the US/Mexico border who are being starved to death from a lack of baby formula".

"This is Whataboutism and I will not hear another word of it."

    :yea:

My favorite relative, a self-identified communist, is totally propagandized on the issue. 100% Russia bad, no Nazis in Ukraine. I'm hoping the just posted telesur torture camp video gets through to them as an independent source

Alright I'm gonna wave my ignorance flag here, but can you elaborate? Whats the narrative and what's being questioned?

Pls don't eat me, genuinely asking here. Still shedding neolib vestiges.

if you try to expand the historical context or material basis behind Russia's actions beyond "PUTIN IS A MANIAC" they will scream at you. talking about the 2014 coup, the 8 years of warfare against Donbas, NATO expansion, Zelensky's talk of the Ukraine acquiring nuclear weapons— none of that is allowed. the bear lusted for territory and invaded, and smol the Ukraine must be helped with lots of expensive western weapons
