I get all the people ITT stressing body positivity and being okay with going bald (and I'm sure it's well intentioned), but it's also okay to want to avoid baldness and keep your hair.

Speaking personally, I started seeing hair loss in the past year or so and started on a Finastaride/Minoxidil regimen that's definitely stopped additional loss and looks like it's been slowly building back up on the hairline and crown. I'm pretty young and I know I won't keep my hair forever, but right now I think my hair is cool and I like the way it looks, so I'm willing to spend a little and invest some time into keeping it around for now.

It's your body and at the end of the day how you feel about it is the most important thing, not what other people think about it. It's good to be aware of societal stigmas and to decouple cosmetic appearance from intrinsic worth, but that shouldn't get in the way of what feels good for you.

yeah, this, being bald is cool if you are okay with it but it's also cool if you want to keep it. Whatever keeps you at peace with ur body, it's up to you
