I still vote in local shit, but I don’t even know who is on the ballot until its time to fill it out, I just do some research, make a choice, and move on.

I think it's also reasonable to vote harm reduction or protest votes in the nationals, but this has a very tiny amount of actual impact. Still worth it if it takes you ten minutes. Not worth it if it takes you two years of listening to political commentary.
It's worth voting in the state and federal elections just on the off chance it will slow down the Republican's plan to launch us in to Turbo-Hell. Every day we buy is one more day to try to convert Libs before Mecha-Hitler starts shooting at us from the Moon.
