You're already voting for local stuff, and those elections can often hinge on a few votes one way or another, but unless you're working with a local campaign to try to, idk, pass an ordinance setting all your local ski-doo dealers on fire or reallocating police budgets to arming the homeless, there's not that much worth worrying about.
And the issue is that if you actually attempt to do local stuff via electoralism, you’d better have some firepower to back it up, because the chuds aren’t just going to give in if you win an election. This is why building orgs is more important than vooting.
