What does this even mean? Does anyone remember what podcast this phrase came from?

I think it's similar to cth's volcel movement, in some ways...

Porn addiction help groups are an easy infiltration vector for the alt right. "Don't be addicted to something" is pretty good generic advice.

Convincing men to never evacuate their balls outside of a woman has dangerous misogynistic implications and results. These individuals are now extra hormonal and on the prowl.

It's almost a type of stochastic terrorism against women, and it's definitely intentional.

This ties in neatly with the incel indoctrination.

NoFap type things have been mentioned in several mass shooter manifestos.

It's also a parody of the "communism is a failed utopian ideology" trope.

iirc, it went back to 4chan ages ago; the idea behind it was that it meant you kept more testosterone, and were thus more manly, able to body build more effectively, and so on

I can't speak for everyone, but when I invoke the VolCel gag on this site, when it's not specifically a joke, it's for purposes of "dial that back, please." Hornyposting can push out comrades that would otherwise feel welcome here. I don't think many here actually want literal voluntary celibacy pledges to be practiced in real life.
