That's actually the sex mod for the game if you're uninitiated. There's enough going on that I feel it's a little much to have sex crimes added to the list.
Yeah... I've never felt the urge to rp a :epstein: island so I haven't tried it.

IMO terrain is still miserable to deal with but the rules have been relaxed and there's an ability to automatically terraform pathways that I don't think existed then
