    There was an ultra-cringe time at the turn of the century where Posh British Accent was used almost everywhere to bait credulous nerds into consuming product. SciFi/SyFy Channel even used it to say, unironically, "YOU ARE A GEEK" during commercials as a validation ritual for the alienated consumers that would soon be a part of the GamerGate movement, "elect a meme" as they themselves put it :a-little-trolling: , and march in Charlottesville with tiki torches when the treats started getting too political. :lmayo: :us-foreign-policy:
