I see people saying Sonic looks out of place in this realistic open world environment.
Or that the gameplay loop of running around exploring the area and using combat mechanics to fight enemies is odd.

But like...I spent hours running around the hub in Sonic Adventure on the Gamecube when I was little.
and playing as Sonic in Smash.
or going on Newgrounds to play weird fan games that used the Sonic Battle sprite animations or to watch Super Mario Bros Z.

So...it all just feels strangely fitting to me.

I don't want to be disappointed by another sonic game
