      I use Prolific to do (mostly) academic surveys for money, and I usually lie on whatever I can’t get away with to submit more. The only time when I don’t lie is if the studies pertain to serious matters like suicide, abuse, mental illness, etc. But if it’s some shit like “what website design d you find more appealing” I’m shitting through them

    • obtaining forklift certification
    • driving a nuclear submarine

    Seems kind of rude to assume all those people are lying just because "the numbers don't add up"
