That’s called salting and it’s usually done by someone who already has union ties. But if there’s a facility around you which doesn’t have any organization activity going yet, you could still be very valuable and reaching out to an organizer for resources and training would be the first step.

If you're in a major metro area go for a delivery station, they're much smaller and easier too organize. Plus the works much easier.
