My shins/ankles are in unbelievably intense pain. They feel swollen. All because the fucking bus kept lurching and I tensed my legs to keep myself steady—with added weight/momentum from carrying this piece of shit:
(The rucksack, not Creamsicle.)
Creamsickle: Yay I’m a whale. *flaps flippers*
I fucking hate it when the bus is anything nearing crowded. It makes everything so awkward and at times, like this, physically painful.

I’m good on food for today—I ate not one, but two meals today, if you can believe it.
However I could use a new pipe. Idk how much they cost at the minimart here but I think like $7? Definitely a want, not a need.
Holy God my legs fucking hurt. Ow.
The pain is unbelievable. I should have just pulled a fucking muscle or something and I dead ass almost want my leg amputated. I shit you not it is that bad.

How did the pain get so bad? I've stood on a bus many times before and it was fine. Maybe it's a meth side effect or maybe something worse?
So the bus was crowded, and I had my huge pack, which made it awkward. I sat down, didn’t take the pack off because it was only a few stops and it’s awkward to put it on. So my arms were in this weird position. When the bus lurched, I nearly fell over because of my pack; I couldn’t brace myself with my arms so I used my legs.
I have bad knees/shins. They hurt like fuck when I stand up/sit down, and I know that’s a symptom of forgetting to eat/not being able to eat, because it goes away once I’ve been eating consistently for a while.
The meth might be making the pain worse, because I know that it makes me really sensitive to cold. Buuuuut idk.
It's probably malnutrition to be honest
Stay safe and boost when you can :meow-hug:
I think it's just a matter of risk, really. Some times physical effort will just fuck you up. That risk is higher the less fit you are, but even if you are fit it doesn't disappear completely. Double that uneven experience if you have a precondition like tendinitis.
