Seal with mylar if possible, airtight, ship in USPS flat rate boxes.

Use a real return address (not their own), use a real name on the recipient. USPS looks for packages going to a name that's never lived at an address. Use stamps, use public mailboxes. If you drive to a public mailbox, don't let your license plate get caught on any CCTV.

NEITHER PARTY SHOULD CHECK THE TRACKING NUMBER. If you must, use a public wifi network and change the MAC address of your laptop/phone for safety. Definitely do not check the tracking via USPS.com, use something like Aftership and definitely do not use Tor to check tracking ever.

If there's an abandoned house near you, start having magazines/free samples sent there under any name or try to find the name of someone who lived there and get the drugs shipped there. Pick it up while walking the dog, better to catch a charge for stealing somebody's random package than if it's a controlled delivery for whatever reason.

Most of these tips are for people shipping large volumes so are probably overkill, but definitely airtight/vacuum sealing is necessary.

I'm pretty sure that's a federal crime and a felony, so still not good.
