Right, though there's a lot of rules on that. Can't stay in pretty much any hotel or resort on the whole island. Or any government run business (the US publishes a huge list). You also need a "full time itinerary of approved activities" while you're there and you're supposed to keep your receipts for 5 years subject to audit by the US government.
The enforceability of all of this is.... Questionable though. Keep in mind that that can change depending on who's in charge in Washington.
