My absolute favorite is tea salad, which is a major dish from Myanmar. I've usually had it as romaine or iceburg lettuce, tomatoes, onions, fresh corn, a couple thin jalapeño slices, dressed with fermented tea leaves and lime juice, with fried garlic and crunchy dried beans on top.
