i've been sober for 3 years now but all my years of constantly smoking (only weed, but i often used dirty bongs, shitty old glass pipes, one-hitters, tobacco-based blunt wraps) has left me feeling like I'm gonna die. I got checked for mouth cancer and sinus cancer but my right ear is constantly getting infected. I got those a lot as a kid and I think my smoking exacerbated it.
