I love this game. It has completely enthralled me. Since starting a couple years ago I have probably thousands of hours sunk into this 8-person DDR MMO. The story is one of the best of any FF game, too. I just started getting into Endwalker EX fights & Savage raiding and it’s a blast. Let’s get a polycule cadre going or something!
I have been wanting to try it but I am confused by one thing. I know there is an option for free trial. But there is a starter edition listed like so:

Do I have to buy a subscription after that? I couldn't find anything about the asterisk on the page anywhere.
Yes, the game has a $15 monthly fee, but getting any copy of the game gets you 30 days free with it.
That's unfortunate. At least there is a free trial.
