It's pretty obvious there is a media blackout of social and political unrest in the US right now.

It was so fucking obnoxious, so infuriating, and in retrospect so obviously in bad faith. I have so much anger over how they treated us. Some good things came out of it. The rolling jubilee projects helped some people. but mostly it just got crushed by the media as much as by the state.
