isn't hot water bad for your skin though? it dries it out super bad.
idk i don't think i can ever get on board with the "no soap" thing, i have a very keen sense of smell and i find it's hard enough to be around people at the best of times
they're honestly pretty refreshing once you get used to them, but i think (like the rest of this conversation) this is gonna very much be a "to each their own" kind of thing

Yeah hot water isn't exactly the best thing but I sweat a lot and I'm not taking lukewarm showers for the rest of my life.

I'm frequently coated in cancer causing products and I figure letting my pores open up and flush out the micro plastics isn't the worst idea.
