I don't have any commentary, just... interesting. Maybe ideologically motivated, but Japan's left hasn't done anything like this in a while afaik.

As a Japanese-American who has long given up hope on Japanese politics, I'm fucking desperately hoping otherwise right now.

I hope the goverment doesn't use this as an excuse to crackdown on "radicals". Which usually means arresting and banning leftist parties and organizations.
