I've been to some areas where the walking trails have recently been taken over by mountain biking* and it's really fucking annoying.

    there are some trails here that have existed longer than the cookie cutter neighborhoods that were built around them

    This is only semi-related, but I hate urban sprawl for killing so many motocross circuits. A motocross circuit is built out in the middle of nowhere. Years later, urban sprawl consumes the wilderness, and the new residents complain about the noise from the motocross circuit. The circuit is shut down.

        I wonder which developer could be interested in shutting it down... definitely not the country club with bright a bright green golf course in the middle of the desert.
