i usually get mcdonalds when im rly stressed cos when my eating disorder got really bad it was the first non-fruit food i ate in a while and so my brain associates it with comfort
rly wish i could assosciate something else so strongly with comfort but at least it's something that can be cheap
i too am a shitpig who likes their cheap mcdouble and fry combo thats like $3.50. usually as a snack when im out running errands. but ive been trying to go to local restaurants instead. there's just not enough locally owned fast casual type restaurants. i basically have a burrito/mexican place thats basically a locally owned chipotle, or gyros.
Okay McDonald's is a poor choice BUT I totally understand the desire to eat totally garbage food after being sick with stomach stuff. It just hits the spot. You always want what you can't have
