Admin gave us free(low quality, SAD) blue scrubs to try to fight this and one unit filmed themselves burning them in some dude's back yard and having a party. Probably not a great indicator of progress on contract negotiations tho. Good thing progressive NY state arrests all our union officers and fines us daily if we strike

      That's actually more illegal and not just in NY. Also since it's medicine it would involve a lot of people losing licenses and facing hard charges for abandonment and probably manslaughter due to the critical nature of our patients. As negotiations drag on they're just getting more aggressive harassing executives at gated communities and golf courses, which is legal, and staging media spectacles, which so far still get attention and usually results

        Is there a possibility of an admin strike? I know in other countries refusing to process payments or even charge for treatment is an action.
