That's actually more illegal and not just in NY. Also since it's medicine it would involve a lot of people losing licenses and facing hard charges for abandonment and probably manslaughter due to the critical nature of our patients. As negotiations drag on they're just getting more aggressive harassing executives at gated communities and golf courses, which is legal, and staging media spectacles, which so far still get attention and usually results
Is there a possibility of an admin strike? I know in other countries refusing to process payments or even charge for treatment is an action.
