I posted a few weeks ago about this nasal spray, back then the most important science was reported by the company but not actually published; so there was a chance albeit slim that they were totally lying and were about to rugpull.
They published it a few days ago and the news is good.
Basically, in high-risk covid groups, people cleared the virus 4 days earlier with the spray than without it. There was also statistically significant clinical improvement. It also makes you less likely to spread the virus to others.
Overall the data is quite good. This can be purchased online (imported from Israel) but I'm not going to name any specific sources because I don't want to come off as a shill.
I got mine on eBay. I use it in addition to masks when I do something high-risk as a prophylactic.
