There are people who treat imgur as a community and not an image hosting site. Which means people think you’re some kind of troll or red flag because you post weird shit even though you don’t give a shit about them and the image is meant for a different audience completely separated from the image hosting site lol
One time I logged onto imgur for the first time in several months in order to host some images and found out that a previous image I had hosted had gone viral. I had hosted there it just to send to a friend and the weirdos of imgur had taken it to the front page of the site.
It kinda felt like I had violated the Prime Directive somehow
