dude. i was talking about a specific group of anime (anime that i don't hate or anything) that i saw described that way that engels' drawing reminded me of.

are you saying that because i reference other online jokes, that means hexbear isn't a revolutionary platform? because i thought we had all agreed that this was a shitposting website, not really a space to organize.

no my point is that these "online jokes" are fundamentally the stupid blurtings of normies fed by a shitty, downwards-punching, cannibalistic culture that is symptomatic of a terrible political economy and thus should be criticized, mocked and ridiculed

any other points about any "revolution" stemming from online being impossible in the current conditions are auxiliary to the main one. I know hexbear is just a shitposting website but its become a boring one which often isnt brave enough to stray far from normie culture in witty ways or make based pseudophilosophical but sincere effortposts

I thought this website would be filled with more internet sigmas who question and criticise the status quo in novel ways without punching down, but in the end its just mainly american normies

you are confused because you think im mad that the "joke" criticized anime, but in reality im just mad that it implicitly criticized "lonely men" more than anything by associating their failures and reliance on cope anime in accordance with their lack of "muh bag" and "muh bitches" due to implied personal character flaws. I don't care how cringe this sounds because im telling the truth, which is more than any normie cuck hiding behind a revolving door of irony can say.

Again, when i see this normally it doesnt make me angry, its just that i didnt expect there too be so many normies here

i'm not saying there isn't room to interrogate the assumptions that go into a given post or joke, but you come across as a massive hypocrite and it makes people not want to listen to you. saying cuck and soy and sigma and all that shit is exactly as normie and internet brained as what i said, and it's not like using the word 'cuck' as an insult isn't just as downward punching and status quo-reinforcing, though obviously in slightly different ways.

No normie I have ever met on the internet or irl has ever sincerely used the word cuck as an insult and there is a big difference between being a normie and being "internet brained" so to speak. Normies dont have to rely on critical thinking or the internet for that matter because for one reason or another they mostly experience near frictionless social interaction and therefore are never really in a state where they are left to think about things beyond surface level or to spend time scrolling the interwebs such that they pick up this terminology.

However I understand that "soy" and "cuck" fundamentally play into "dominance hierarchy" analysis that rightoids use no matter how you look at it, i dont have any other terms to describe neoliberals who support capitalist values. I honestly dont care about whether people here listen to me or not, its more about mogging normies and making them feel uncomfortable about the things they take for granted just saying. But I see now how stupid this is and would rather just "focus on myself" instead of engaging in these cucked endeavours talking down to a bunch of people who i can never reach an understanding with anyways about shit that doesnt really matter in the long run.
