    She's actually visiting several Asian countries and the island is a possible stop. Neither the white house nor her office has confirmed that she's actually visiting Taiwan. She could just end up doing a tour of Japan, Singapore, etc and then fuck off back home.

        TBH, I've stopped giving a shit about US media. They can blast their crap around in their echo chambers for the millionth time if they so choose, I'm satisfied so long as this episode concludes without a military incident.
