Lately for manga I've been reading Aria (in Japanese!) and Akane-banashi, for books I've tended to read non-fiction usually about history or linguistics. Romance and self-help aren't really things I'm too fond of either, but romance has maybe been growing on me a little more lately...
Aria and Aqua are the same series (Aqua is 2 volumes and Aria is directly after it)
