IDK, I think some Gen-X contrarians ended up being "Antiamerikanish". I feel that is the fate of some like Max Blumenthal. They will just be less clownish and right more often because the US's position as a settler-colony, world hegemon and maintainer of global capitalism means that just reflexively saying everything in American culture and everything America does is bad is correct more often.
