But the gulf of Mexico is pretty dirty even without human activity, the closer you get to the Mississippi river the more sediment flows out. I guess it might look like this on the Atlantic side though
If there are no humans, eventually the levees around New Orleans give way and the the mighty mississip can go back to depositing all that sediment where it belongs.
