Spring is arriving. I wish to be outside doing basically anything. Some late season snow showing or skiing, some hiking, climbing and camping.
Instead I gotta sit here and work to make money. Totally stupid.
Anyway that's all just feeling the call to the mountains.
Bluebonnets and paintbrushes in bloom along the roadsides here. It was 81f today and its expected to hit close to 90 here, this week.
There are new buds on trees and perennials. The birds are singing. The mornings are no longer gray and dreary, blue skies at dawn. The lakes nearby are already in low 70s. The Gulf of Mexico here is already at 72f.
Spring has sprung and im here for it. Grilling season isnt too far behind.
Fuck yeah you're right about grilling season... Might have to get a new grill soon.
Flowers in my yard are starting to bloom but then winter creeps back in and drops snow on em. But I'm so hype for wildflower season
