yeah all the stuff in any corporate d&i training is pretty obvious, I'd use it as an opportunity to gauge where your coworkers are at with your fill-in-the-blank question.
Like one d&i training I did talked about subtle class signifiers on resumes that your average lib wouldn't think about — that was helpful for me to referenced when talking with my coworkers about other issues of class
Ooh, what’s a good example?
Pre-2020 when I was talking with some lib coworkers about ACAB I brought up how the cops hassle me more when I'm dressed scruffier, or how people driving beaters get pulled over more often than people driving newer cars (even without controlling for how people drive their midlife crisis sports cars recklessly)
Edit: unless you meant about the resume thing, in which case like "lifeguard at country club pool" vs "lifeguard at the YMCA" or food service vs fancy (esp unpaid) internship
