The guy who steals cat converters in my neighborhood is a former crackhead turned abusive pimp who eats fast food for every meal and keeps his dog locked up out back. But I guess it’s not like he runs a ring or anything. He’s just an amateur mechanic who knows his way around a scrapyard and the DMV
