Yeah Mexico condemns the war but that's really the only grievance with Russia (since Mexico tends to be anti-war in general) and AMLO's rhetoric suggests a more unfriendly attitude towards the US instead. Namibia and South Africa have gotten along reasonably well since the end of Apartheid. And I sure ain't seen any noticable anti-Russian sentiment from down south either. Pretty sure that Israel is the not-country that would be "hated" the most in South Africa because well, many reasons and openly unfriendly rhetoric recently. Also Colombia? Surely they had a change in opinion after Petro?
