    Okay so conspiracy theory: Havana Syndrome doesn't exist, the symptoms were because of workplace stress and this is the governments way of a settlement without going to the courts.

      Don't really think it's a conspiracy theory, and don't think it was initially even stress, but morphed into some subjective experience as time went on. It pretty much started as a CIA manufactured shit stirring cognitohazard. Patient zero was a CIA agent, not a diplomat as initially stated, and this agent presented "the sounds" to other agents and it basically carried on from there. No coincidence that this was around the same time the US was accusing Russian agents of gangstalking US "diplomats" all over Europe. Regular people who really felt they were being gangstalked were pissed off that some spooks were being taken seriously for the same shit people will otherwise consider as being "all in your head"

      And as the CIA is want to do in these situations, they'll make a little money on the side
