Whenever the sun hits my eyes super hard while I'm driving, I make the same noise as this guy because this scene has been hilarious to me for 10 years now. Regular Show is great and I need to watch more of it.
It feels weird to act like this is transgressive when loony toons cartoons from the 40s have characters just getting wasted .
Western animation is stuck in a cruel samsara of animators pushing the content of their media with either sophisticated storyline and characters, or more mature humor. However every few year the industry collapses when the capitalists decided that pushing out mindless dreck is cheaper and more easily merchandisable so they pulled the plug to the former and we're back to square one again. In fact we're seeing one goes down right now with Warner Bros-Discovery purging all of their animated shows.
"Adult" animations like The Simpsons, South Park, or Rick & Morty have escaped this cycle but instead of ending in nirvana, they instead ends up in another hellish cycle of terrible pop culture references, guest appearance, and racism.
One Bugs Bunny cartoon has him shaking a character he believes to be a baby. (It's the one that Little Man by the Wayans Brothers is based on).

Mark Hamill is a voice acting legend.
He was so many characters in Metalocalypse alone... including the "Purple Alert" sound.
not to mention that benson eventually gets addicted to eating wings which basically gets him wasted and how they treat sodas like beers
uh, is it just me or is the cartoon implying that he had sex with a horse prostitute?
