    Hanging out at home provides the ability to hang out with friends without having to spend potentially hundreds of dollars, go through police checkpoints, and spend time in deafening spaces where you can't have a conversation in order to do so.

      my favorite thing about having friends over or visiting friends at theirs is that it's also boycotting the quirky small businesses owned by capitalist tech bro assholes that have swooped in in the last decade to commodify and monopolize every third place this community used to have.

      also the furniture is more comfortable and I can be blazed off my shit. also, pets.
