So I'm complaining at work that my manager double ordered truck instead of teaching me how to put in the order, and she's taken two vacations, cuz she lives with her son and can afford to, and I'm stuck in this shithole while my fam is 6 hours away, literally all my nephews and nieces, sibs, etc.

So then I get a call from my manager, WHO'S ON VACATION, telling me not to bad mouth her in front of customers. So either a customer or a coworker snitched on me for venting.

Fuck this nazi ass country amerikkka, people cant mind their own business.

Cool bug fact bug-facts the Third Reich germany-cool relied on this shit, snitching, to get their victims, the gestapo had far less agents than say the GDR GDR or the Soviets soviet-huff, they just relied on informants. Is this relevant? Idk but I'm pissed, watch your words

The fact that you're not supposed to complain about your stupid job at your stupid job makes me so mad. The puritan work ethic has truly poisoned multiple generations of workers. It's really weird how you're supposed to keep those thoughts to yourself.

If anything complaining about your stupid job at your stupid job should build rapport with your customers and coworkers. Anytime I hear an employee say "Oh jeez the system sure is slow today" (regardless if it's true or not) I think this kat is a real human. It's just a regular person thing to do. People complain, or get irked, or just don't enjoy somethings sometimes. It's normal, and I hate how they have mad it not normal. One can also complain without bugging out, which is good actually.

    The snitch mindset is terrible.

Recently while getting groceries there was issues with the POS system and I was apologized to by the cashier. I said 'you didn't build the machine and I'm certain they're not training or paying you guys to fix it. Don't worry about it.'. If I'm out buying shit I'm aware I'm in someone's workplace and there is always something fucking up in any workplace and if not they still don't wanna be there, I'm in their house so to speak and I should be a good guest. If I could leave the kitchen to tell certain tables this I'd love to.

It was the asshole bit also totally correct chef yhst trained Gordon Ramsay say basically this in an interview that made me never take shit from a customer giving me shit. There are genuine complaints, we fuck up, but if anyone is at all rude to the wait staff I wanna be able to boot em. Even a legit complaint should be addressed politely and I will ask how your fucking tone was to.thebesit staff when they report back and if you have attitude your remake is coming late as hell and I don't want you back. We work pretty high quality shit and I am end of the line quality control and I call remakes cause things aren't up to par pretty often, if it passes my exam your uninformed ass just doesn't know food, asked for something you didn't want or are at the wrong place. It's expensive as hell and I know for certain whether its a genuine issue or you're being a dick and we can serve 4 tables in the time it takes to deal with one asshole. It'd better for business for them never to come back.
