I could see him getting into it for a few years - he was broadly left and anti-establishment in the Bush years - but it would fundamentally be a branding thing that he would drop when he gets bored or feels limited by it. I cannot believe that Kanye West would ever commit to any particular worldview as an actual belief and way of thinking for many years or the rest of his life. Kanye thinks like Kanye, other people's thoughts could only be taken on as a performance.
