There's a place near my old house that was an elote cart, but they did so well they built a permanent building on the lot and they're not a cart any more. I'm happy for them but also the food got worse after it stopped being a cart.

I miss living a place with the fruit cart (Tajin plz), the ice cream truck, and the elote cart. Random grandmas selling tamales out of a stroller.
